1.For conservative decompression treatment of small bowel obstruction. Without immediate surgery, the tube is inserted deep into the small  intestine to reduce intraluminal pressure, aspirate gas and fluids, and help relieve obstruction symptoms. 用于小肠梗阻的保守减压治疗，即在不立即手术的情况下，通过导管深入小肠，降低肠腔内压力，吸引气体和液体，有助于缓解梗阻症状。

2.Mainly indicated for acute or partial small bowel obstruction (e.g., postoperative adhesive small bowel obstruction, functional bowel  obstruction), placed under imaging or endoscopic guidance. Continuous low-pressure suction design (with side holes to enhance aspiration  efficiency) provides more stable and efficient decompression than traditional siphon methods. 主要用于急性或部分性小肠梗阻（如术后粘连性小肠梗阻、功能性肠梗阻等），在影像学或内镜引导下放置。连续低压吸引设计（带气孔提高抽吸效率），比传统虹吸式更稳定、更高效，持续改善肠腔减压。

4.Compared with conventional nasogastric tubes, this long tube can reach proximal to the obstruction for more complete decompression  and content aspiration. 与常规鼻胃管相比，此类长管能深入至阻塞近端区域，实现更彻底的减压与内容物抽吸。
